In the works we undertake, the scope covers the entire installation, from the point where power is taken from the distribution grid through to the final consumer; the medium-voltage and low-voltage sides are handled by a single contractor.
Medium voltage and power distribution. Transformer substation installation, MV switchgear cubicle assembly and power transmission line construction, together with MV/LV cabling, cable tray systems and the manufacture of main distribution boards and switchgear; power factor correction and reactive power regulation, as well as generator and automatic transfer systems, fall within this scope.
Low-voltage installations. Power and socket installations, indoor and outdoor lighting installations, LED retrofit and lighting renewal works, and earthing and lightning protection installations are carried out together with panel manufacturing and installation.
Low-current systems and automation. Fire detection and alarm systems, CCTV security camera infrastructure, public address and announcement systems, data and communication infrastructure and access control systems; SCADA-based facility monitoring and wireless energy and meter monitoring applications with LoRaWAN are included in the scope.
In the process that begins with a site survey, the existing installation, installed power and load distribution are examined; once the scope of work has been clarified together with the client, the electrical designs are prepared in compliance with the legislation in force, primarily the Electrical Indoor Installations Regulation (Elektrik İç Tesisleri Yönetmeliği) and the Electrical Power Installations Regulation (Elektrik Kuvvetli Akım Tesisleri Yönetmeliği), and with the relevant standards. Where work is carried out in an existing facility, the as-is drawings of the facility are produced before construction begins.
At the quotation stage, two methods are applied depending on the nature of the work: a unit-price contract for works whose scope is defined by a bill of quantities, and a turnkey contract for works whose scope can be clearly determined from the outset. The work schedule and delivery plan are submitted with the quotation, and the work is carried out according to this schedule.
Before commissioning, earthing resistance measurements, cable and panel insulation resistance measurements, phase sequence and continuity checks, and functional tests of protective devices are performed; the results are submitted to the client as a measurement report. As-built drawings are handed over on delivery and, on request, periodic maintenance and 24/7 emergency response services are continued under contract.
Over our forty years of activity, we have carried out electrical contracting works in industrial plants in the automotive, food, textile, chemical and metal sectors, as well as in educational buildings, healthcare facilities, housing projects and public buildings; our work continues at leading plants of the automotive industry, notably Bosch, TOFAŞ and Otokar. Production lines, test areas and paint shop facilities; food production and cold storage facilities; yarn and finishing plants; infrastructure, street lighting and transformer substations in organized industrial zones; and schools, hospitals, residential site infrastructure and office buildings are among the types of work we undertake.
What does an electrical contracting job cover? Electrical contracting covers all the work from the design of a facility’s power infrastructure through to its commissioning; the transformer and MV installation, main distribution, power and lighting installations, low-current systems, earthing, and testing and commissioning works are considered within this scope.
Do you work on a turnkey or a unit-price basis? Both methods are applied depending on the nature of the work; a unit-price contract is arranged for works whose scope is defined by a bill of quantities, and a turnkey contract for works whose scope can be clearly determined from the outset.
Which regions do you serve? Our head office is located in Nilüfer / Bursa; we provide services in Bursa and the surrounding provinces.
Do you prepare the design yourselves? Electrical design is one of our own service lines; designs are produced for new facilities, and the as-built drawings of existing facilities are also prepared by us.
Do you provide maintenance after the work is completed? Periodic maintenance and 24/7 emergency fault response are offered as a separate service line; on request, a maintenance contract is arranged together with the handover of the work.
